Smart villas Verona: what EdiliziaNews says
According to the article, Nice, a company active in smart home, security and home & building automation, was included by the studio in the project for two residential villas in Verona, to make them more “intelligent” with Fibaro smart home systems. A photograph in the article carries the caption “Villa MD Home in the province of Verona”.
Smart villas Verona: the gateway that connects the house
The first element mentioned is the Fibaro Home Center gateway, which lets all the smart devices of the house communicate in a simple and intuitive way. Among the functions listed: automation of the gate and garage door, of the appliances and of the lighting system.
Smart villas Verona: app and voice control
The villas are managed through an app that controls the devices and lets you check the house from your phone: for example see whether the lights are off, set the room temperature, raise or lower the shutters without being at home. The article adds that Fibaro products can also be managed by voice through assistants such as Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Siri.
Smart villas Verona: the installed solutions
Among the Nice smart home solutions listed in the article are Roller Shutter 3, which manages the movement of roller blinds, and Dimmer 2, the light intensity regulator.
Why design smart villas in Verona from the start
Home automation is a design choice made together with the layout, the systems and the windows, not an accessory added at the end. In the studio’s houses motorised curtains, lighting and openings are part of the same plan: the magazine Dentrocasa also mentions them in “L’armonia dei contrasti”.
The villa named in the caption of the article is Villa MD Home: the project page is Villa MD Home in Verona.
