Federico Cappellina<\/strong> is an Italian architect and founder of Federico Cappellina Architects, based in Verona. He graduated from the IUAV University of Venice and began his professional path through collaborations with several prestigious architecture studios in Milan, where he gained early experience in contemporary architectural design. Soon after graduation he moved to New York, where he worked at the studio of Peter Eisenman<\/strong>, one of the most influential figures in contemporary architectural theory. Following this experience, Cappellina contributed to bringing Eisenman\u2019s work to Italy by designing and organizing the exhibition Il Giardino dei Passi Perduti<\/strong>, staged within the evocative Scarpa setting of the Museo di Castelvecchio<\/strong> in Verona. In 2004 he founded his own practice in Verona, developing projects in Italy and internationally. The studio works across architecture, interior design, and landscape, with a particular focus on bespoke residential architecture and hospitality projects. The work of Federico Cappellina Architects<\/strong> stems from the meeting of two deep vocations: the pursuit of beauty through built architecture and a commitment to intelligent design, capable of engaging with the climate, enhancing the landscape and minimising environmental impact.<\/p>

The studio specialises in contemporary architecture<\/strong>, luxury villas<\/strong>, bespoke residences<\/strong>, design hotels<\/strong> and interior design<\/strong>, creating elegant, sophisticated and deeply liveable spaces.<\/p>

A luxury villa, in our view, cannot truly be one unless it is also an efficient and conscious organism. This conviction has guided every project: from CD Home, our first residence designed according to the principles of the Passive House<\/strong> standard, through SD Home and MD Home, each time refining the integration between aesthetics and near-zero energy consumption<\/strong>. With Lugana Bay, a prestigious residential complex overlooking Lake Garda, these principles were extended to high-end multi-family living. AV Home stands today as the pinnacle of this evolution. Soon, Blue Villas and MySa Home will take this research even further.<\/p>
